Because many of our products are sold unboxed, occasionally boxed, and not always sealed with cellophane, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of packaging, unsealed products, or personal preference.

The only circumstance under which we will accept a return is if the item is proven to be counterfeit. Please read the conditions below carefully:

1. Eligible Returns

  • Returns will only be accepted if the product is proven to be fake or counterfeit.
  • The proof must be provided in the form of official documentation from a recognised authority confirming the item’s authenticity issue or it could be classed as a counterfeit by GBO itself, in which case the item shall be returned.

2. Condition of Item for Returns

  • The product must be returned in the same condition it was received, with no significant use or tampering.
  • All original packaging (if any) must be included with the return.

3. Return Process

  • If you believe your item is counterfeit, please contact us at support within 7 days of delivery with your order number, proof of purchase, and the required authenticity documentation.
  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.

4. Refunds

  • Upon verification that the product is counterfeit, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping fees paid.
  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

  • We do not accept returns for:
    • Unboxed or unsealed items where authenticity is not in question.
    • Products that have been used significantly or are missing parts of the original shipment.
    • Personal dislike of fragrance, packaging, or changes of mind.
